 SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 72 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. If you place on order on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped on the following Monday. WILL I HAVE

 

TO PAY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM DUTIES?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Mont Royal Watches cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

HOW CAN I CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

 

WHY DOES MY ORDER SAYS "UNFULFILLED"? "

Unfulfilled" just means that we have successfully received your order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that the credit card processor's fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com

 

 


 

 

SPECS & WARRANTY

 

WHAT TYPE OF MOVEMENT IS USED?

Are watches are powered by the durable Japanese Miyota Precision Quartz Movement, which is one of the most well known in the industry.

 

ARE THE WATCHED WATERPROOF?

Our watches have a water resistance of 5 ATM and can withstand a brief submersion under water (i.e. hand washing), but should not be taken swimming or bathing.

 

WHAT KIND OF LEATHER IS USED?

Our leather straps are made of genuine cow-hide leather.

 

WHAT IS THE GLASS MADE OF?

The glass on all of the watches is made from Sapphire, which is a top of the line precious stone, known for its scratch and shatter resistance. Sapphire is next to diamond on the “Mohs” mineral hardness scale.

 

WHAT KIND OF STAINLESS STEEL IS USED?

All of our watches feature 316L surgical grade stainless steel.

 

WHAT KIND OF COATING IS USED?

Our watches feature PVD coated stainless steel. It is wear, scratch and corrosion resistant. PVD coating is an innovation in the creation of colored stainless steel making the surface significantly harder and more durable in the process.

 

WHY ARE THE STOP-SECOND HAND AND SUBDIALS HAND NOT POINTING STRAIT UP?

This is actually a very simple fix, please see the instructions below.

 

FOR THE STOP-SECOND HAND:
Simply pull the crown (knob to adjust the time) out 2 clicks and then press the TOP button on your watch. This will make the stop-second hand jump one second at a time. Do this until the hand is straight.
FOR THE SUBDIALS HAND:
Simply pull the crown (knob to adjust the time) out 2 clicks and then press the BOTTOM button on your watch. This will make the stop-second hand jump one second at a time. Do this until the hand is straight If you have ANY issues please don't hesitate to ask.

 

HOW DO I RE-SIZE MY WATCH WITH A STEEL LINK STRAP?

In order to adjust the size of your watch, we strongly recommend that you bring it to a watch repair shop (ideal option), or virtually any jewelry store at your local mall. They have the correct tools necessary to size the watch.

 

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON THE WATCHES?

Mont Royal Watches has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for one years after the original purchase date. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days free of charge. Please note that items returned within 30 days can be refunded to the original payment source.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the Mont Royal Watches' website. Returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. The original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A WATCH?

We want you to love your product — pretty simple, right? If not, you can exchange or return it so long as:

  1. Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, (i.e. no creases on band), and in their original packaging.
  2. Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.
